What are your biggest measurement headaches when it comes to measuring marketing these days? Disparate systems? Inconsistent industry requirements? Clients asking for AVEs?
On Friday, September 26, we’ll join a panel of smart marketers here in Boston (Cambridge, specifically) for the 36th Social Media Breakfast: Measuring Marketing, the Once and Future Key to Success, including our Founder, Christine Perkett, Chris Penn of SHIFT Communications, Christen Gentile of Globalscape and Tom Webster of Edison Research. We’ll discuss the measurement that matters today - and the ways that measurement has evolved. From online to offline, media to social, reputation management to traffic - what’s effective at helping marketers identify and repeat what’s working, and pivot from what isn’t? What should marketers really focus on, and what are the best methodologies for success?
Our CEO will specifically speak to the measurement of PR. She’ll take a look at some of the ways the PR industry used to (and in some cases still does) measure “success,” and whether or not those elements still matter. How can communicators keep up with the insights that clients want, and the outputs required to be successful? How can PR practitioners “measure up” to the C-Suite and help the CMO see the value that PR drives for the marketing department, and the company overall?
It’s not too late to register, so please join us tomorrow morning for breakfast and measurement chatter. We look forward to meeting you there:
